Do you get anxious without any reason and it gets uncontrollable at times no matter how much you try to control it just gets worse with more you try?
You may have already read some of the articles related to overcoming anxiety or may have watched some videos and tips to overcome it or you may even have tried to meditate as per some of the suggestions.BUT does that work when your anxiety is at an extreme?
I have been through the same you can not focus your heart starts pounding fast, mind full of worries and thoughts which aren’t even real.Can you meditate in such a condition? Or can you reduce your caffeine intake at that time to deal with it or eliminate the soda?
I myself tired meditating and letting thoughts pass away but I couldn’t sit still for 2 minutes as it takes a lot of practice and training to be able to let go thoughts in such condition
How to get rid of severe
Yes, we all know the problem we have faced it and tried some of the solutions they worked sometimes they completely don’t and obviously, nobody likes that feeling of nervousness and endless thoughts running through the mind.
I found a simple yet effective way to deal with it and would love to share it with you as I know your pain.This is the Part-1 of the process
Stand Up and Keep your spine straight, Walk or may run if you can to fetch a glass of water even if you don’t feel like doing it or even you have water on your table go and it from somewhere else.Once you get the water drink a complete glass of water(Complete is Recommended)
Play Alpha Waves(You can search on YouTube) on your smartphone or Laptop or iPod
Take a pen and paper(Recommended) or if you don’t have one you can simply use Google Docs or Notepad or maybe notes taking app on your smartphone
Start writing whatever thoughts that come to your mind any thought it can be that may be as scary as you can ever imagine just write it down.The rule here is you have to write down your thoughts one by one you any write fast but they should be one by one.
For example, the First thought is What if I don’t get a job by next week?
Then in the next line, Second thought How I will pay my Bills?
Then in the next line Third thought, I am going to Broke and homeless
And keep writing for next 5 Minutes whatever thought crops up in your mind.Just make sure you write One thought in one line.Once you are done after 5 Minutes just number the thoughts from 1 to the final number.Now connect the thoughts with a line so connect 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 and so on
